Returns & exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange purchased products within 30 days from the date on which you received them.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused, all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging. Before sending any returns, contact us by email playrebolf@gmail.com. Refunds will be done after we received the product in the right conditions.

Returns and exchanges for all items are free and have to be sent via your local post office. When returning, we will send you the shipping label by email upon request, please contact playrebolf@gmail.com and let us know which items you would like to return or exchange. For exchange, as soon as we have received the returning product, we will ship the requested products.
